osaka osaka

It's official. John and I are going to Japan again this coming Wednesday. We will be staying at the same hotel we stayed at last time and visit Osaka, Kyoto, and Nara. We will pick up some tea and supplies for the caffe and the new project. We will of course be visiting some sushi bars and eat the oh-so-yummy takoyaki (grilled octopus snacks) and okonomiyaki (Japanese-style pancakes with assorted meats and/or vegetables.)

We will be there from 5/10 through 5/16, and be back to work on the Wednesday of 5/17.
