We're building a roasting room at the caffe. John's been roasting for a while now and since he's getting more green coffee in, we're running out of room to store them properly. The new roasting room is not going to be big, but it'll be a great little area that's going to be dedicated to coffee at the shop.
Mike is helping us build the room. He can't be working on it all the time since the caffe is still open during construction. He worked on it last Sunday and stopped by to work some more on Thursday. He's going to do a lot more building this Sunday and probably start painting as well. We've picked out a color for the walls and I'm really getting excited!
