otanjobi omedeto
It's our friend Nobu's birthday, and John and I thought it would be nice to sing Happy Birthday to him in Japanese.
All I knew was that "Happy Birthday" in Japanese was "Otanjobi Omedeto (Birthday-Congratulations!)" Then John found a cute song on Youtube:
And yes we sang part of to him... just the "Odanjobi Omedeto... Odanjobi Omedeto...." I think he liked it.
