As for my thoughts on the article, its hard not to symphatize with the woman.
It sounds like a classic case of defamation.
If what the woman wrote in her blog is true, then she has a defense.
Or if her statements were opinions, then that is also a defense.
On the other hand, I can understand the need to prevent false and malicious statements from being spread. Since I haven't read her blog and do not know of her situation, its hard to make an objective judgment.
