When I opened the can I was surprised to see how dark the spread was... I guess that was what black sesame paste looked like.
I tried it with a tiny little spoon and it was delicious. I also tried it on the thick toast ("d'toast at caffe d'bolla) and it was yummy... toasty and yummy.
I'm thinking it will also taste really good inside little steamed sweet baozi. I shall give it a try soon.
