I was at the Asian market today and saw vanillinzucker! Who'd think you'll find German sugar at an Asian market? :p I bought two packs (20 envelopes). Now I must make something with it soon!

vanillinzucker
Vanillinzucker is pretty much German vanilla sugar. I've seen many pastry and dessert recipes that call for vanillinzucker, but I never found any. (Well, I never really looked for it anyhow, but that's not the point.)
